One of the ancient fist methods in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. The arm that swings like a windmill becomes like a whip, and it is a fist method that is characterized by a relaxed body usage that shrinks small and shoots large. The uninterrupted technique and quick and nimble footwork are exactly the style of "Gale Rage".
